Our second skylight order was supposed to be identical to our first order. But it is not identical - the corner ties are too short and we cannot tighten the covers. We have sent photographs of the problem to you but that is apparently not adequate. You are asking my 70 year old husband to go up on the roof - again - and take photos of the first order, which was satisfactory and which we installed on our roof skylight. Then we have to take pictures of the new order so you can see that it is different from order #1. This process is drawn out - husband cannot get up on roof right now to take your requested photo. So we are stuck having spent money on something that does not work, and you are not making this easy for us.

Ordered mesh netting to use as door for camper bunk to substitute as dog crate. Arrived at correct size and better quality than I expected for the price. It's super solid and for 20$ I was suspect but it holds way more weight than I expected when the pup is excited in the morning

The patio furniture market is out of control with pricing. But these are custom made to fit and are absolutely perfect! I've had them over a month now and get endless compliments.
I looked all over for a place who could make new custom cushion covers for our outdoor furniture. The furniture was expensive but looked very shabby. For a very low price, we got made-to-fit covers in a nice fabric that seems it will hold up very well. The time from order to delivery was very quick as well. We'll be using them again!

I'm a mechanical engineer, sent a fully detailed drawing of a custom cover I designed. The design team at covers & all changed my dimensions and didn't follow directions on attaching Velcro to my cover resulting in having to have the cover remade. The second time around after multiple emails explaining which side of the Velcro I wanted attached and where it was supposed to get attached covers & all sent my replacement. Received the replacement and the dimensions were spot on but the wrong side of the Velcro was used and it was attached to the same "wrong side" of the cover. Was issued a partial refund by the company so I could have it fixed locally.

With the heat this summer I wanted to cover my skylights on days over 90. I purchased two and was pleased with the fit and quality. I was a total block of sun and greatly reduce heat in my skylights. This was the first year my air conditioner could keep up when it was over 90 and near 100 degrees.
