My experience was good. Your company was the only one that I could find online that had a cover to match my kind of wood stacker. It, however, is too small by just a bit. I, therefore, cannot use it. I need a cover 29.5" (L) x 18 (18" (W) x 17" Deep for 16" logs. Do you know if you have such a cover or can make one?

It took a while to get the covers, but I didn't realize they were coming from overseas. However, it's worth the wait. The quality is high and the price is exceptional.

The covers I received were in good shape, material was good but the color was not what I thought it was. I wanted black which it looked like black when I selected it but when I receive them they were a navy blue. I use them but not really what I wanted they do not match my patio chair but I just didn't feel like sending them back.

The covers were the exact right size and they appear to be a good quality. When I ordered the covers, I got a lot of feedback about whether or not they were the right size. A lot of questions. Those inquiries will get lost in my email. There was no phone call whatsoever even when I invited them to call me. I did give them the right dimensions from the very beginning and it took extra long to get my covers because of all the inquiries back-and-forth and lost emails.

Had a problem downloading the artwork so after chatting and speaking with at least 8 different people I ordered it with no artwork. The cover fits perfectly and is very nice. Someone could have told me that it weighs so much I should put on a zipper on the back. I made this cover to cover a tv and cart in my back yard. Called to ask if I mailed it back could they install a zipper and they said NO. Was manufactured in India and they don't have the resources to add the zipper. I had to take it to a local leather shop as the cover is too thick for a normal sewing machine and still waiting for the cost. Very nice cover but just a fiasco trying to communicate with so many different reps. Terrible communication.

No one has a grill cover that fits correctly except these guys. Don't be fooled by the picture, you still need to fold the side plates up before the cover fits
