Purchase was easy to make and product was delivered in a very short time.
After submitting measurements the company will send a proof. Based on their experience they made a few changes. However, I needed the measurements to be exactly as they were submitted. After speaking with them directly via the telephone, they were extremely accommodating. Their customer care was great and the finished product is fantastic. So much so, we are placing our third order and friends will be placing similar orders.

We ordered a pyramid shaped cover, with custom dimensions and custom grommet locations. We spent weeks going back and forth with technical support and were excited to be getting a cover that would exactly meet our needs. However, when we received the custom cover the shape was correct and fit well, but the grommet locations were COMPLETELY wrong. We ended up having to buy a grommet tool and make DIY changes to be able to attach it to our skylight. We requested at minimum a discount, however, customer service has not yet been helpful.
Covers and All had exactly the product that we were looking for - custom covers for our patio chairs. They fit perfectly, are well made, and look great! The price was very fair, and fast production and shipping. I wish we had more things to cover! Well done!
Make sure you Measure your skylight two or three times with the proper measuring tape. My cover came exactly at the 43 x 43 inches I had typed in but my skylight was 41 x 41 inches, but that's my mistake I didn't used the proper measuring tape. It's ok though I still made it work.

Excellent product. Had to provide measurements a few times due to the unique shape of our grill cart. The review and revising of measurements with customer service was cumbersome but worth it! The delivered cover fits our BGE grill and cart like a glove.

It was pretty seamless -- good instructions on measuring. Easy order. Reasonably fast shipping.
The cover I received is decent. There are some issues with it, however.
1) The elastic corners on the back are too tight and put a lot of stress on the edges and zippers.
2) The cover is NOT waterproof as advertised. After a rain, I removed the cover to use my outdoor kitchen and everything was wet underneath. This is quite disappointing.
3) The sizing around the grill itself is not done well and we've got excess material making it look messy.

One star is giving them more credit than what they deserve. Blinds I ordered didn't come on expected delivery date. I waited a week and called them. They said there was a problem with my order. We're they ever gonna call me and let me know? I ordered a blind that was 144 inches wide.
They said they couldn't make it that wide. I told them I would be fine with (2) 72 in. Wide blinds as they recommended. They said they had to check with someone and let me know if that was ok. Four days later I still haven't heard from them. I called and stayed on the line for 30 minutes. The recording said I was 5th in line and someone would call me back. They never called. I started a chat and told them that I needed to talk to someone about my order.
They told me someone would call me in 4 to 6 hours. It was 9 pm at this point! Unbelievable! I told them to cancel my order and I was done! They charged my credit card and haven't refunded my money. ($463.58)

This company is top notch! I took pictures of our current cushions then drew measurements on them. In return they provided official drawing. We even added velcro to ottoman pad covers without any issue.
Will buy from them again, saved a lot of money by purchasing covers for our set from this Company. Other quotes from different sources locally were insanely expensive which is impossible when you are on a budget after buying a new house!
