I ordered a sun shade 3 years ago. It finally started to tear, so i ordered another. Gave them the original order number as it had to fit the attachment points on my home. New shade arrived and was too small to reach the attachement points. I sent video, pictures, measurements...etc. They said there are changes in manufacturing and that they could not offer a partial refund or re-make. I loved my first shade but if they cant admit they sent me a different shade, and fix it, then i cant trust them. You shouldnt either. My local shop is going to have to adjust this one to fit in the same spot. The pictures show the old one in place, but the new one didnt have enough of a curve on the edges to attach to the house. They couldnt even be forced into place.
I purchased two couch covers and they fit perfect. The quality of the covers is a ten!
I was very concerned that the covers I ordered for my existing outdoor furniture would not fit properly due to unusual sizing of the back cushions. But not only do they fit perfectly, I was amazing by the quality of the workmanship and the durability of the material.

The second time around I purposely ordered the covers an inch larger to secure the fit, but the fit was the same as my previous order & because I had my initials put on them, they are not returnable. I sent them an email with my issues & it took them two weeks to respond only to say that they are sorry for the delay & inconvenience & to send them a video with the measurements of my product & a picture of the label on the cover
