Placing an order on my mobile device was very misleading (I hear it's better on a computer but I cannot confirm). Make sure to order the free fabric sample set so you know what type of material you're ordering. I had to Google search "Covers & All free fabric sample kit" to find it.
All in all, the measurements were followed for my custom covers and they fit well. There were some flyaway strings and one of my covers had been stitched over on the overlap liner but it was easily pulled out. If you're covering something firm, make sure you get a zipper on at least two sides!
I ordered 2 covers for our outdoor fountains, each needing a special sizes. Received them within one week. They both fit great. Thinking ahead for winter.

The product was a little roomier than I expected. I could have ordered a 28" rather than a 30" wreath bag. But again other than being roomier that I would have expected the quality is outstanding.

I sent in measurements to cover my Kubota tractor. Works perfectly and is snug. I like it. Unfortunately I must have ordered twice because I received two covers. I assume I was charged with two covers. Because it is a custom cover, I think I will just have to sell one on-line. Still I am happy with the cover and would order through them again but be more caraeful with completing the order form.
Designers were very precise with follow up questions regarding my initial requests and measurements which made covers fit chairs and fire pit exactly as ordered.
