Ordered a bench cushion with an insert and cover. Only received the cover. Ordered another bench cushion and it came with a broken zipper. Could not zip it all the way closed and could not unzip it. Beware! Custom orders are made in India and shipped from India.

The sketch and instructions for taking dimensions all indicate hanger point to hanger point. There was a confusing and prolonged process to confirm dimensions prior to manufacturing. Delivered product was bigger than my specified dimensions. I tried to return or exchange to have this corrected and their resolution team denied the difference and recommended that I purchase two new shades from them. I now have two unusable sunshades which do not fit the space they were purchased for. I will not be purchasing anything from this company. I would advise against anybody else spending their money with them as well. If I could give a more negative review I would.

The cover was exactly as ordered, and much better quality than I expected. Recently I purchased a new guitar amp and could not find a cover from the place I got it from, or the manufacturer. They just don't make them for the brand I ordered. But Coversandall made just what I wanted, and monogramed it for very little extra. Now I have a custom amp cover even though I know it is not the intended purpose of the business to make amp covers. I have no doubt they can make a cover for anything, and exceptional quality. Would absolutely order more covers and will be in the next month. Website makes it easy to order custom covers, directions are very clear and easy to understand. If you can read a tape measure, you can order a custom cover. Before my covers were made, they emailed me back with more detail to ensure im getting exactly what I want.
