I received a 2-sided mattress cover (similar to a pillow-case) but wanted a 1-sided mattress cover that fits like a fitted sheet or mattress pad. Customer service wrote "The best we can offer you is a 15% discount if you wish to reorder as per your requirement". Not very accommodating.
Through the information and ordering stages, very simple and thorough.
Was a little skeptical with placing an order that may be produced in Africa, but the order was completed perfectly.

The measurer and communication was excellent, and the cover fit very well.
2 issues:
1. The seam for the stack cover was placed in the front of the cover vs the back, so you can see it.
2. They put grommets inside the side pockets, but the pockets are closed, and no air gets in, so the oven sweats, and gets covered with dew. I recommend placing grommets where air can circulate.
If you could fix those things, you could sell this cover for all standard Alpha 2 pizza ovens!

My experience was positive. I would give the advice when measuring for covers to be exact. I errored on the side of adding an inch and covers ended up with a loose fit. However I am still satisfied with the product.
The cover fit perfectly over the outdoor L-shape sofa. It is very easy to cover and uncover the sofa.
My organization has tax exempt status and we are unable to pay sales tax. I was uncomfortable submitting the order and then having to see if this company would agree that we shouldn't have to pay tax. I would have rather verified the tax exempt status first and then placed my order.
