I liked the ease of ordering what I wanted. But when it comes to the shipping part of it, my package arrived crushed by the handling of FedEx who crushed the tube my purchase was packed in.
It would be better if you could have someone come and measure. I kept going back and forth for a year with new measurements and it still didn't come out right. We are keeping it because it took so long to do and it works well enough. I am not happy with it but it will do.
In our industrial company, we have many expensive indoor and outdoor machines and covering them when they are not in use (to protect against water or dust) is prolonging the life spam of those items. We found that website very friendly and with many options to choose from.

Very quickly customer service emailed me designs for my approval. I requested changes, and received new designs promptly. Covers arrived exactly as designed.
My cover came undersized by 6". When I reached out they told me I measured wrong and even sent me my order with my correct measurements! They refused to refund me and now I have a useless cover. Gee thanks guys.

The cushion dimensions fit — but the quality of the cover is more for outdoors. It gets dirty very easily and stained with dirt visibly after putting my foot on it once. The quality was not what I expected and it looks very cheap as well

Since this was being used in a screened in area, I opted for the outdoor fabric cushion covers. The measurement size was perfect. I was just a bit disappointed on the way the fabric does not lay flat.
This is the way the fabric went through the sewing machine, it is off angle. No puckers, but because of the length, 72", the fabric will not lay flat or match up flat with the bottom seam. Oh well, I guess some throw pillows might cover the ripples. Well crafted, but it would have been nice to have a smooth look, since it is the backrest to these benches.
I paid and was charged for fast shipping to receive my order by August 15th only to not even have my order ready or shipped by the 15th. The company did nothing to text me or call me and tell me that they were waiting for me to approve a sketch they emailed me. I only found out when I failed to get my order by the 15th. As a result, I did not get my order for the celebration event I had planned and I was still changed for fast shipping. The product did end up fitting the item I ordered it to cover but man the ordering process sucked.
