It was easy to order. The material appears to be of high quality. It is frustrating that the chair covers are designed in such a way that water pools on them causing the sides to pull up. It would be much nicer if the water ran off. I am assuming this will be more of a problem when it snows.

Great customer service when I had questions. Fantastic process to make sure my custom patio set cushions were configured the way I wanted it to. I especially love that piping on both sides of the cushion was part of the cost and not an added charge. And that Covers and All provide more zipper placement options than other online cover stores offer.
After thoroughly following the instructions on the website, we made sure not to add any additional amount around the trim of the windows while measuring for the skylight covers. However, we must mention that the instructions were unclear and concise, making the measurement process frustrating and time-consuming. Despite our best efforts, the skylight covers only partially stay on and sometimes blow off slightly, even when the weather isn't windy. The reason behind this is the inaccurate measurements we took due to the unclear instructions. All in all, we are disappointed with the product and the instructions provided on the website..
I bought a grill cover. I loved that I was able to specify all of my grills dimensions. Cover fit nicely and looks great. On top of that I felt the price was reasonable for a custom cover. Also liked that it was USA made.
