I ordered 2 round covers (1.2m diameter) with 12 eyelets so that the top of my big round hay bales were protected from the rain and the horses could still eat the hay. I have had 2 orders that were never fullfilled. The orders I placed included pictures and dimensions. I later received comments with questions asking for the dimensions. The comments were lost, as were the original dimensions and images. I shouldn't have to babysit orders for weeks and repeatedly provide the save info. I also ordered a table and chair cover and the bottom velcro straps ripped off within months. The cover blows around and collects water. I regret the purchase and need to purchase a replacement.
This is a scam. They guide you by phone on the measurement and then when the order arrived it was twice the size. When brought to their attention they said I have to place a new order at my expense. So they guide you incorrectly to get a second order. A complete scam

Do not buy anything here. They shipped me ruined, inked stain covers and are refusing all to refund me after I have sent them various pictures of the damaged product. They keep asking for more photos and videos, hoping that I will just not respond. The high ratings you see are all fake and probably done by a computer. This company should be shut down. I have had to contact my bank to help me fight them. Do not order anything here.
Helped a lot in assuring I had the correct profile for my custom covers. When I ordered the covers, I wasn't sure they would really fit and do the job. When I opened the package I was stunned by the quality of the fabric. Then I went out on the deck (We actually had a day without snow) and put them on. The only description for the fit is PERFECT!

I picked up a ratan chair on the side of the road. It had a round cushion. My "free" finds usually lend up costing me money. But, in this case, the blue round cushion I ordered here fit perfectly and is great for this outdoor piece of furniture. I feel like I hit the jackpot.

Very confusing. I had already placed an order for the same curtain on 12/31/2023. When I text customer service, they informed me they could not find my order that was placed on December 31,2023. I placed a second order on January 4,2024. Both orders arrived, I was charged for both orders, and both orders were wrong. The curtain I ordered did not have a zipper.

I ordered a replacement vinyl curtain on December 23,2023. The company lost my order. I re-ordered on January 4,2024. Two days later my first order arrived. The order was incorrect, my curtain did not have a zipper. Five days later. My second order arrived. That order was also incorrect. It did not have a zipper. The company charged me for both orders. I called and explained the issue. The customer representative acted like they did not understand. They found my order acknowledged it had a zipper when ordered. The company said they would get back to me in three days. It has been three weeks. I have not heard from covers and all.
We have used covers and all for a couple different issues we have at home. Always easy to order and good quality product.
