I thought I ordered a zip on pilow cover for the anti-pressurepoint cushion on my wheelchair, but what I got was a one-sided fitted cover that just fits over the cushion and slides off whenever I get out of the wheelchair! I wanted a zip on cover that stays on until unzipped and can be taken off to be washed. If you want to get a better review, please re-read what I ordered and send me a cushion cover that zips on or otherwise will not come off when I get out of chair or stick to my bare legs when in shorts. Made me a sail, I need a rectangle, MEASUREMENTS WERE TO BE 3ft on one side, 5 ft on the other side, and 12 ft long. HOW HARD IS THAT?
This is the 2nd custom cover I've ordered from Covers & All. I have to say that working with the designers has been surprisingly easy. This cover required a bowed top, so had need for some additional measurements, of which the designer asked very thoughtful questions and quickly responded with a design that looked like it would do the trick. When it arrived, I immediately covered the item it was intended for and it fit like a glove. The quality of the material and stitching is excellent. I can't say enough good things about Covers & All.

The design and quality are great. I hope it lasts for years to come. The only thing that I'm disappointed in is that it's a little too long and hangs on the ground even though I discussed this concern during the design process. Other than that the cover is great so far.

I ordered and then you asked more questions and I clarified them. My coupon was not applied when the order went through again.
Overall, the experience was better than average. To their credit, I did have a difficult to fit Cust custom outdoor kitchen. I went back-and-forth with them four or five times. I will say the customer service department was excellent. The product I got was very good. I would definitely use them again.
