I spent a lot of money on tgese covers and mist do not fit correctly. I recommend to anyone else buying- to send in the photos- and if you need multiples, I would only order one at first to be sure it fits before you order more- otherwise you could be stuck with a bunch of non-fitting covers like I have.

I have been trying to return a car cover that does not fit. They want me to take photos of the cover on the car. I have already refolded the cover and put it back into bag and box for return. They will not issue a return label. Very disappointing.

Over and over we sent measurements and pictures and still not correctly size properly

Our order didn't arrive on its intended date. When I called they said that I should have received a proof that I needed to approve. The proof email never came. So I had the customer service rep who was very nice, approve the proof for me. But this delayed our order by about 10 days. There should be an automated message to alert you if a proof hasn't been approved. The company didn't know their email never arrived and wouldn't have known unless I called. Also we didn't even know we would be receiving a proof email. It just seemed like our order never arrived.

I placed my order on a weekend, and after a couple email exchanges to confirm specifications and tie locations, my cushion covers were immediately put into production. They were in my possession the following week, far sooner than expected!
I really had no idea what the material was going to be like before placing my order, I didn't request swatches, I just put my trust in the description and website recommendation. It was a very reasonable price, so I went for it.
The covers I received are an absolute perfect fit, made exactly to my specs, and fit like the original upholstery, but of MUCH better quality. The craftsmanship is TOP QUALITY, not even any loose-hanging threads. Clearly these covers will be waterproof, the fabric is like a soft canvas backed with a vulcanized membrane that water cannot penetrate to soak through to the foam cushions. They feel durable and comfortable. I do keep the zippers slightly open though so the cushions can "breathe" when I get on and off, as they are nearly airtight to be waterproof. This fabric would better for boat cushions than the materials usually used for boats.
I highly recommend Covers & All. They produce top quality covers for reasonable prices delivered in a short time. Next time I may have a need, C&A will be my first go-to.
