We ordered two "test" cushions before putting in a larger order. Quality seems nice. I did find the zipper placement a little tricky. Somehow I got lucky with the first two because the default was where my zippers needed to be. I will re-rate as soon as larger order arrives.

I chose the thick material over the thiner material for my two orders without realizing the down side: very cumbersome to take on and off, difficult to fold up when not in use. For the sauna cover, the roll up flap is difficult to roll, and especially difficult to roll tightly due to material thickness --mine hangs over the top of the sauna door and has to be lifted up when opening the door. The material thickness is impressively durable, but is overkill.
You should probably find a way to better advise customers on this. The thick material is not a good choice for a sauna cover due to the need to roll up the door flap. For a furniture cover, commercial customers may welcome the thick, durable material, but most homeowners will regret their choice.
A very minor issue with my round furniture cover: you provided several pockets on the outside of the cover (which I don't need). And they were installed upside down.

The final result of my custom order is excellent. It did get frustrating at times, due to repeated questions from the factory, but the end result is great.

I ordered two cushion covers with initials. The initials are not sewn/embroidered. They are stamped. One initial is not fully stamped and looks bad. I contacted the company and no one responded. It should have been replaced. It looks tacky.

I ordered a cooler to be delivered to a different address in a different state as my billing address. Tried 3 times to change the delivery address and thought I had. I noticed he very next day that it defaulted to my billing address. I contacted you immediately and you said you would contact Fed Ex. Instead of intercepting the package, Fed ex delivered it to my billing address.No one was living there at the time and you wouldn't do anything about it. I really think that you should have pushed Fed ex to pick it up and forward it to me. Instead, I had to pay someone to pick it up and send it to me, praying anther fee. This was on you to correct the issue, since it was your website that screwed up and your customer service promised me to resolve the issue and you didn't. The product is fine.

The covers I have ordered are very well made. I can't wait to see how well they make it through the winter. All my other covers have only lasted a couple winters. I'm confident this will last longer as the material is such a high quality.
First cover was too small and wouldn't cover truck. After adding 1/2 cost of new cover, company sent new cover. It fits, but it covers truck and surrounding ground. Well it does keep sun off tires. On windy days, bottom edge is blown across cement which will probably wear bottom seam.

I generally will have to replace covers once a year, but these covers look like they are a bit tougher and might go a bit longer.
