I appreciate that the "help" desk worked multiple times with emails and a phone call to get the proper size BEFORE completing the cover. It was very hard to understand (language barrier) and emails, they were knowledgable and got the job done. I have had the product for enough time to know that it was a good purchase.

I was pleased how quickly custom made covers came to me. They were reasonable but...
The piping was subpar. The spot where the two ends of the piping come together is in the front of the people SHOULD be in the back where it's not seen. I would love to return them andhave them make them properly for the 3 or 4 cushions this happened on. It's really showing someone didn't know what they were doing I'm sorry to say b/c otherwise they were good.

Easy to use and navigate - especially for custom orders.
They were very knowledgeable, quick response to my emails, loved the type of material they used and color. I sent in a picture and measurements and they emailed back saying by looking at my measurements, they thought I was off. I remeasured and they were correct. I liked that they drew a diagram, sent it to me and did not start my covers and pillows until everything looked correct, then I gave them the go ahead.
