The Cover fits pretty good, the only thing I really did not consider was how it would fit around the wall mount bracket on the back of the TV so it really isn't protected against all of the elements. I think the material is good. A little too early to tell how it will perform.

We had a new patio built with a gas firepit, needed a cover for it to protect from the rain. We measured and ordered through the website and it was made and delivered in a timely fashion. It fit perfectly and is made with great quality and exactly like we ordered.

After I submitted the order, they contacted me with a request for more measurements and pictures. After several back and forth communications, I signed off on the approval drawings and they proceeded with the build. I'm very impressed by how much time they put into getting this right. An offset smoker is an extremely obscure shape and they did a great job. I chose the best/most expensive material option and it is very nice, rugged material. The stitching all seems to be well done. At first glance you might think the price is high, but considering the time they put into a custom design and the quality of the product, I'd say it's very reasonable.

I appreciate that the "help" desk worked multiple times with emails and a phone call to get the proper size BEFORE completing the cover. It was very hard to understand (language barrier) and emails, they were knowledgable and got the job done. I have had the product for enough time to know that it was a good purchase.

I was pleased how quickly custom made covers came to me. They were reasonable but...
The piping was subpar. The spot where the two ends of the piping come together is in the front of the people SHOULD be in the back where it's not seen. I would love to return them andhave them make them properly for the 3 or 4 cushions this happened on. It's really showing someone didn't know what they were doing I'm sorry to say b/c otherwise they were good.
