I placed the order, I wanted the zipper to start at the top and unzip from top to bottom. I was contacted by your design team. I was left with an understanding that they understood. Two weeks later I had to go through another part of the process concerning completing the order.After that the order was completed and shipped. I received it and the zipper starts from the bottom and zips up to the top. Opposite of what I wanted.

We needed to replace all the covers on our l-shaped sectional. I wasn't sure if the value of the covers would be worth the price, but it totally was. We are please with what we received. My only regret was not getting the sky blue color instead of the beige. However, we are accenting it with more pillows to give it color.
