The ordering process was simple, however, be on the lookout for follow up questions from the company. I got one, and it went into my spam folder, and I didn't realize for a few weeks. The cover is made of really durable material, however, I'm not happy with the overall fit. It was made way too big, and it is droopy on all 4 sides. If it had been made with the exact dimensions provided, it would have fit perfectly.

This is a quality sewn product that fits my cushion well and arrived from India fairly quickly. The only downside is it barely resists water, especially during a good rain. The cushion completely filled up with water, trapping it all inside. I mean saturated. The original cover did a better job at resisting water. This material does the opposite. I am now going to have to buy a product in an attempt to repel water a bit or next I will have to replace the cushion inside but it will eventually collect mold and mildew.

I recently bought a 20-year-old house with patio furniture that included a rattan loveseat with cushions. The covers had been dry-rotted by the sun to the point that if you sat on them the color of the covers came off on your clothing. Washing them didn't even help. But when I tried to find replacement cushions, I found that the seat cushion was shaped in an arc of a size that was impossible to find. I finally found Covers and All online and was able to order custom-sized replacement cushion covers that are perfect! The fabric is sturdy and waterproof, and the workmanship is excellent. The turnaround time was also very fast. I couldn't be more pleased with this product.

I was expecting this cover to be a normal big box store quality cover. What I got is a heavy duty tarp like the type that tractor trailers cover their loads with. This cover is incredible quality and worth every penny.
