I had a very custom design fior my shade sail and it took more back-and-forth than I'd imagined BUT... TBH they caught a mistake in my measurements and double-checked every variable with me before cutting cloth... I was annoyed at the delay(s) but the wait was well worth it. It came out just right (ie: better than I had designed). I will order with them again!

Very pleased with the table cover. We got what we paid for. Great quality of material and manufacture.
Customer support was great. I had issue with covers and moisture. They responded and followed up to help resolve. Solution was to send blow up pill to create gap for air to circulate. This worked a small additional step but fixed problem and no more wet cushions.

Got a custom cover for my Skutt Kiln and it fits perfect tho I wish the bottom ties went all the way thru around the bottom edge so I could pull it tighter. The strings are sewn in on each side but only about a foot of string so I can only tighten in a few inches on each side. Quality of material seems good, stitching also looks good.

I'm using this to cover my well and pressure tanks. It's a high wind area, so I ordered it long in height. It pulls down tight, I put a layer of dirt around the bottom to seal it off so nothing including the wind gets under it, then because of the odd shape it's covering, I put two straps around to keep it tight. I couldn't be happier! This is awesome! I'll be back again when the sun finally weakens it some day! The customer service during the design and ordering phase was phenomenal. Thank you!
