I ordered online. Everything went as it should have except I got interrupted during the ordering process, so forgot to add the grommets. It was a Sunday, so I called Monday morning to have them added. That call went well for the most part, however, the person was foreign so there's not just the language issue, there's the understanding what is being said issue. He indicated the material for my order has already been cut. While I don't think that should make any difference, I had to indicate I don't care if it's a few inches shorter as I didn't need the full length I requested. In the long run as I got the grommets added and paid the difference. My bigger issue is that the company uses a Suwanee, Georgia address, but the tracking information made it clear the item was made and shipped from India by way of Georgia. I thought I was supporting an American company, but was duped and I don't like that! Had I known it was a foreign company, I would have searched for an alternative before making the purchase. Even if I ended up coming back to this company, I would have made the choice of where my product came from, not 'tricked' into believing I was supporting an American manufacturer when I was not. That said, the material and workmanship is good quality and the item works as I intended it to.

Designers worked with me to provide covers for 3 Bromic heaters on my patio. I wanted flaps on the end that would close with velcro, and 6 velcro straps reaching across the heater to snug up the middle. They did a great job.
