Customer service told me to call to place an order if i wanted to use wallet points as application of points is not always fulfilled via website. Product arrived, pocket upside down and draw strings do not tighten. Lack of quality control.

However, if there's an issue on the website, it can cause a problem. We'll also resolve this by discussing it with our team. Regarding the upside-down pockets, those are actually air vents designed to prevent moisture buildup inside the cover, which could lead to mildew. As for the drawstring not tightening, our team will reach out to you to resolve that.
