Customer service told me to call to place an order if i wanted to use wallet points as application of points is not always fulfilled via website. Product arrived, pocket upside down and draw strings do not tighten. Lack of quality control.

Regarding the upside-down pockets, those are actually air vents designed to prevent moisture buildup inside the cover, which could lead to mildew. As for the drawstring not tightening, our team will reach out to you to resolve that.

I received a small tabletop firebowl for my deck. I wanted to protect it from inclement weather and when I went online to see if I could find a cover for it, I couldn't find anything.
