Their website easy to navigate, price was fair, product works well. Ordered side rails to help with more darkness during the day as work nights. Not the best design they use for them and they are cut too short. Still will have gaps at the top. My window is a double window so wish they would send more than 2 brackets for stability reasons when opening and closing. Product looks good and well designed. Works with ease and is a good block shade. Would buy again.
