We ordered a fire table cover and the quality is great. We needed a pool heater cover and so we knew exactly where to order from. You can get the size and shape you want and the service is super. The clear plastic blind came promptly. It came with no installation instructions at all. The plastic is fine but when it's down it doesn't attach to anything so it just blows around. The crank is ok but seems fragile. Definitely not worth the money spent. It will not work for my screen porch as I hoped.

Like the product and end result, why I bought a second one for a friend. But both time the process has delays when you guys are wanting to confirm the details, measurements, designs. There needs to be some type of remind email that goes to customers. The list order, which is the exact same as the first order...which I said in the order. Was delayed for a month, as you were waiting on me and I didn't realize it. I had to go back in and check on why I had not seen the order yet...to see that. Needs to improve.

I love these covers. We keep them on all of our small generators and pipe fusing equipment. It keeps everything looking new longer! The only complaint i have is the covers ended up being a little bigger than i ordered. I know it says they will be larger but they ended up a lot larger than i expected. Other than that everything is top quality!

I wanted cushions for my self-built sailboat. Some of the cushion covers were straight forward, but two were irregular in shape, meaning there were no right-angles. This posed a problem because there was no way to describe the shape through the existing models shown on the website, However, after a couple of false starts via email, the design professionals at Covers & All were willing and able to take the drawings I submitted. In short order they sent me computer generated images for me to confirm all was correct. After requesting a different placement of the zippers, I gave the go ahead. Within 10 days I received all the covers that fit perfectly on the foam inserts I had made. I am very impressed and pleased with how I was supported in such a professional but individualized manner. Thanks to all who played a role!
