Easy to order and a good price. However, a dimension confirmation is required by Covers & All and I did not receive that confirmation in a timely manner (1 month delay). I think C&A expedited manufacturing once I signed the dimensional confirmation. The cover fits well and is protecting my hot tub during the 2nd snow of the Winter season.

Perfect fit and looks great. Looks durable. Appreciated the team confirming measurements as the measurements I wanted/sent didn't match the specs for the product that was receiving the cover. Great service overall. But I didn't get notified through any medium when those comments came in, so I thought my order was lost for awhile until I logged into the site and saw a message with the specs question waiting for me. Would love better communication when messages come in, but it did not detract from the overall experience or quality of the product

My bbq grill is custom and very uniquely shaped. I wanted a cover that fit it well, and they worked with me until we got it right! I was nervous that it wouldnt fit after all the revisions, but they nailed it! Very nice quality & i would recommend using this company. Thanks!
