I provided exact dimensions for the countertop I wanted to cover and their website deceptively states that they would add 1" - 2" of leeway to the cover. They ONLY add to 2 of 3 dimensions. Now, why would a company add leeway for only 2 of 3 dimensions, The most important dimension would be the height of the top? I'm no engineer, but it was VERY obvious after receiving my order that this was THE most important measurement that needed to be addressed. After consulting w/ "customer service" based in India, their offer to remedy this was a 20% discount on my next order. No thank you! Why would I order another cover if they can't admit a design flaw on my first order. Their comment that they provide measurement guidance is useless when they can't admit that basic fact that adding 1" to two of only three dimensions a customer provides is useless, PERIOD.

Regarding your concern, on the product page itself, just below the measurements, we have mentioned that: “We add 1" to 2" leeway on the given width/depth for an easy pull-in and pull-out. ” We have also provided a “How to Measure? ” section on the website, where it is mentioned that “The height dimensions will remain the same as provided by you. ”
To avoid any skirting issues, the width and depth dimensions are important, and the leeway has been provided accordingly, as stated. However, as your feedback is important to us, we will certainly take it into consideration to improve the customer experience.
I am happy with Covers & All but I found the website a little hard to maneuver. Upon receiving my small table cover, I realized I need a stronger fabric. When I called to order a new one in heavier fabric the young lady was very hard to understand. She spoke well and knew the product information but her accent made it difficult to understand. I think we finally understood one another.
I ordered a cover for our Hessaire Evaporative Cooler. Placing the order was super easy. I followed the instructions for measuring the dimensions and placed my order. The cover is the perfect weight, well-made, arrived quickly and fits our Air Cooler perfectly. Extremely satisfied with my purchase.

My chaise chairs are very wide and there are no standard options. I was only looking for a cover for the offseason and didn't want to spend as much on the covers as I did the chairs. The Covers & All custom covers are a great option. I was able to get exactly what I wanted, choose my color and type of material and the fit perfectly. I bought a significant amount of shades to cover&all and I received a very poor quality product with many issues. I contacted customer services and after a month of emails, pictures and videos, they now just ignoring me. Don't do business with them. 1- Clear shade 67.125'': The horizontal bar is not parallel with the roller. The process working with Covers and All and the end product were both great. Our grill area had some complexities that were not a straight forward as the picture for the standard counter grill. I sent pictures and we added the additional measurements for a perfect fit. Not sure why I waited so long to order. If you're on the fence because your grill area isn't exactly as pictured they will work with you to create a perfect fit! Thanks!

You need to have customers measure with the handle adding extra it. Now the cover doesn't fit correctly it is about a foot short in the front and if you pull it forward then the back is way short. Good quality but too short.

They simply did not send me the correct dimensions for the box cover I ordered and refused to exchange for the correct one. Furthermore they insulted me by stating somehow that I was putting it on wrong. Will never order from them again!

Purchased several items from them the spring of 2025 all in their best material. Had a heavy rain and went out to use the furniture and found one of the chair covers had leaked thru the seam in 4 places. Sent a picture of the wet chair and that's when they started making me jump thru hoops. First I had to send them a video of the inside of the cover, then a video of me pouring a bucket of water over the seam to simulate the heavy rain. Nothing since.
This wasn't the first problem either. We ordered a swing seat cover that uses velcro to attach and remove the cover. It didn't take many uses before the velcro started coming loose. Luckily my wife can sew and she reinforced the velcro. Other reviews have mentioned its reasonably priced. What good is that if it damages your furniture. The order started out well (fast delivery, perfect fit) but with customer service like this I wont be ordering again.

The website was easy to navigate. We used the site's measuring guide. We reviewed our options and determined which features would be needed for our climate, easy of use and appearance. Once our order was placed, a Covers & All associate contacted us via emails notifications to provide additional information via the website message center. We received two - three messages to ensure the product we ordered met our needs. The product was delivered several days ahead of estimated date. The material, workmanship and fit (including rounded corners) are great quality and the fit is just right. I would use Covers & All for future needs.
