I ordered a cover for my outside television. It was measured correctly but for some reason it didn't fit. Contacted the company and had to explain the issue maybe three times but in the end the company sent me another cover and only charged me the shipping fee. This cover fits just fine. I was getting frustrated but this company listened to me and in my opinion did the right thing.
