I told the company in a quick e-mail that the order was flawed. However it was too late before production. Therefore I had to pay for a cover that was the wrong color and d material. I ended up paying for a product that I didn't want. Very disappointed because I have ordered many items from them and have been very satisfied.

I bought this custom 43x15x3 cushion expecting to be able to use both sides but on side has about 6 inches of what is apparently filler material that is a totally different color and material from the pinstripe I ordered. I am very disappointed.

Covers & All has a great website that explains all the options to choose the correct cover for my outdoor sectional couch. It has an interactive page for entering dimensions and once completing the order, the shipment from across the world in India only took a few days!

I requested a custom made dome shaped cover for a seasonal fountain. When put in place, the cover fit very well, and met the need. Prior to receiving the cover, I created a couple wooden arches, supported by hula hoops to prevent ponding of snow / rain, and then placed the new cover over this.

Noted above. The cover I received wasn't remotely close to the measurements I gave with my order. It's considerably too large. Also, there's inadequate ventilation for the size of the cover and the elastic draw strings are useless. Considering the cost, this was not the custom order it was supposed to be. I chose Covers & All because they offered custom sizing solutions at a competitive price. The ordering process was easy and the turnaround time from ordering to delivery was surprisingly quick. My initial perception or the product was very good. The fit was perfect and the fabric quality was better than other covers I had used previously. At that point, I would initially give it a 5 star rating. In our area we have hot sunny summers with colder winters that bring freezing temperature with rain, snow and ice so covers are really out to the test. In my situation, the cover lasted about 3 years before developing wear and damage that compromised the waterproof properties of the cover. I initiated a warranty claim and Covers&All responded quickly. After a few reasonable steps my claim was approved and a replacement was shipped. I was impressed with the process and at this point I'd still give 5 stars. The replacement cover is supposed to match the original order and I was disappointed that the replacement cover was the color black instead of the original light gray. I contacted Covers&All about my concern with the black color and asked if they had any solutions. I did not specifically request another replacement but I wanted to see how they would respond. Covers&All assured me the black color had the same durability as the gray and and understood my concern but did not offer any further solutions. I have my doubts and don't like the black especially during the hot summers. I probably could have demanded another replacement but chose to be reasonable since Covers&All did stand by their warranty and provide a free replacement. I'll live with the black color for now but I'm a little disappointed. I give my overall experience 4 stars based on the lifespan of the original cover and color of the replacement. Overall it was a good experience and as long as they provide a good warranty I'm comfortable ordering again from *******@All.

Ordered four tarps only two delivered. Upon calling C&A, it took multiple follow ups and a month of additional time to receive the other two tarps. Web site indicates that they ship in 24 hours…took 4 days after they finally agreed that they screwed up and send what was never sent originally.

I use my small round cushion to rest the back of my head on the deck railing when I am often relaxing in my chair on my deck. The female snaps on the bottom of the cushion and the threaded male snaps provided in the packaging made for a very secure installation.
