A sales rep helped me with my order, but the cover was too short and the grommets were in the wrong place. Customer service did not help, but more importantly I still wanted to purchase another cover with the corrections made and they did not respond.

It was very easy to measure the items we wanted covers for. But, then they asked for pictures, which I did not have at the time. Then I had to confirm the dimensions again. I missed a confirmation request which delayed them producing the order and ultimately delayed the time it took to receive the product.
So, make sure you have pictures and double check your emails for confirmation requests or you'll be waiting a long time to receive your products like we did.

First of all, in this email, you stated that your cover was for a 2011 Ford F150 when it is not. It is supposed to be for a 2001 Ford F150 Lariat, 4-Dr Super Crew Short Bed. Secondly, after all the measurements I did for you, I expected a custom cover. Your cover is far from custom. There is no notch for the back cab window and overall, the cover is too long. You made it so the cover just angles off the back window roof to the tailgate which is not at all custom. I've had custom covers for the truck. This is more a one size kind of fits all. In any case, I will not be purchasing another cover from your company.
