Very happy with the website and end result of orders. The covers for outdoor storage box, furniture and speakers are perfect. The winter weather here in Michigan along lake Michigan is very harsh, winds are strong, these covers wrap everything very good and so far have done what I need them to do through 3 storms

At first, my experience was not good when dealing with customer service. My covers did not fit right (extremely tight) so I contacted cust. Svc. They werent very helpful in trying to figure out the problem after I verified that I measured everything as per the instructions. It turned out that I did make a mistake on one of the measurements, but did not discover that until the support was escalated to the mgr. They remade the covers per the correct measurements and charged me a reduced price to remake. They now fit very well. I'm very happy with how the problem was resolved.
