I never received the initial communication from the site that I needed to provide more information, pictures. No where on the form did it ask for pictures. I could have saved a couple of weeks. I had to call to find out why I have not had any updates. There is too much back and forth. I understand wanting to ensure it is correct but all the types of pictures was a bit much. Aireal? It would be better to communicate everything required up front. Maybe I was an outlyer.

Before placing my order, I had to measure each piece of furniture and fill out the order page. I measured carefully and it paid off. When my covers arrived (quickly...), they fit very well and look nice sitting on the porch. The previous covers were not custom, and it showed. The covers fit great, look good, and seem well made. I believe they will be durable, but won't know for sure until after winter.
