It was a bit of a fight but we finally got the size cover we wanted. Covers and all are very responsive to emails.
I special ordered 6 round tarps in November and received them in February. I needed them in December. In January I called to cancel but since they were a special size I could not, they did give me a small refund. The gentleman in the phone told me they were behind due to covid, well I think an email to let your customer know would have helped and give the option to cancel. They finally came in February and I no longer need them. They were to be used in the bottom of some igloos to keep the air out. Now they are sitting in the box they came in, I have not opened them and really have no use for them so I wasted $500. If I could give zero stars I would!
We ordered it, they shipped it, we got it, high quality product, just the way it is supposed to be!

All our covers are handmade; regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with a unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised dates. We are working hard to scale up our production capabilities and improve our turnaround time. While these efforts (which include building a new, much larger production unit) are in progress, we have also applied some solutions in the interim that have resulted in significant improvement over the last few weeks.

We have an old work table that has sat inside for years but wanted to move it outside. We don't worry that much about rain but we're worried the Arizona sun would destroy it.
We took the measurements and sent them in hoping we would get something that would work at least a little better than the tarp we were just throwing on it.
When we received our cover, it fit perfectly and has protected the table the 4 times it will rain this year and should be exactly what we need as the summer begins to get closer.
Cover looks and fits great! There were some measurement issues during design which delayed processing but once those issues were resolved no problem.

My custom order was perfect! Extremely good quality. Will order from again. Due to the pandemic and Xmas season, shipping was slow. It took about 2 months to receive order. We weren't in a hurry, so it didn't bother us. If you need a custom order soon, you may need to contact customer service to guarantee quick delivery. Otherwise, their products are worth the wait!
I should have ordered the grey as this color is a bit too bright, but it covers my beloved chair against the snow and rain completely. The fabric is so heavy, which I need in our mountain weather, but it is difficult to tighten the bungies, on the bottom, therefore it took off across the porch in a high wind.
We ordered 7 covers... for furniture and a grill. They all fit perfectly! They look great and seem very well put together.
