I placed this order in Dec and did not receive it until late Feb. Called customer support few times to see where my order was. I was told it would ship in a week each time which was not true. My biggest issue with this company is that the cover I received did not have the added features I asked for. I ordered a cover for my new A/C compressor, which is a slimline unit. None of the "off the shelf" covers would come even close to fitting it. Covers & All designed a custom cover that fits perfectly. The process was very easy and Covers & All took the time to ensure my cover exactly fit my specifications. I really like that if they had any doubts about anything they would ask for clarification. And since you can send unlimited pictures or diagrams it makes it easy to show them exactly what you want/need. My cover had two openings for wires and pipes, so getting those aligned correctly was very important. Covers & All nailed it. The cover is very high quality material and should last a long time. Good job Covers & All!

It was a bit of a fight but we finally got the size cover we wanted. Covers and all are very responsive to emails.
I special ordered 6 round tarps in November and received them in February. I needed them in December. In January I called to cancel but since they were a special size I could not, they did give me a small refund. The gentleman in the phone told me they were behind due to covid, well I think an email to let your customer know would have helped and give the option to cancel. They finally came in February and I no longer need them. They were to be used in the bottom of some igloos to keep the air out. Now they are sitting in the box they came in, I have not opened them and really have no use for them so I wasted $500. If I could give zero stars I would!
