What a drag. I delayed buying custom covers for our patio furniture for years. What if I measure wrong? What if the covers look cheap? What if the moon is made of green cheese ( and smells bad)? Well, it was no longer up to me. My wife placed the order after I followed the generously simple "how to measure" guides. Like in school today: There is no Wrong Answer. They have accounted for `all my fears and extra thumbs.
The covers arrived. 8 different custom sizes for tables, chairs and such. All were perfect. They look so good my wife wants me to sit on the covers and only take them off when "company" arrives.
We are loving the covers! They are high quality and fit great. I am super pleased with the result. I did pay for expedited shipping ($45, I think?!) and it was delivered 3 weeks past the expected date. Other than that, the experience was great.
I ordered a cover for a outdoor table that I've built, custom sized. No problems with delivery, it fits well and, although it's only been a couple of months or so, it seems to be made durably and I expect it will last a long time to come.
All the desert dust doesn't get to our furniture in the patio. We are glad we ordered this right after we moved to the house.

Placed an order online for a cover for our custom firepit. It has 1 curved edge, but didn't see any options for that shape, so was ready to just be ok with a somewhat fitted cover. Someone from customer service emailed me right away and got the exact dimensions so that it fit the curved edge nicely. Really happy with the cover and it fits perfectly! Material is heavy duty.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay on your order. Please be assured this is not our usual turnaround. All our covers are handmade; regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with a unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised dates. We are working hard to scale up our production capabilities and improve our turnaround time. While these efforts (which include building a new, much larger production unit) are in progress, we have also applied some solutions in the interim that have resulted in significant improvement over the last few weeks.
