I purchased a cover for my A/C condenser. I was very happy that I received it two weeks before the estimated shipping date. The cover itself is made of a sturdy canvas and fit perfectly. I was able to submit photos of the item I needed covered which made me feel more confident that I would be getting the correct fit. My only issue was that it arrived a little dirty. A quick wipe with a damp cloth solved that problem. Other than that, I'm very satisfied..
Worked well with me to determine size and placement of writing... not sure of writing whether it will hold up over time... appears to be painted on cover... can't tell if it is durable or will come off. Happy with cover though
We purchased a patio set and after receiving it, I loved the furniture, but not the color of the cushions. I found Covers & All online and discovered they had the fabric in the color I wanted. I placed my order with ease and received the covers SO QUICKLY! I am happy with the quality, the ordering process and the shipping speed. Highly recommend!
This is the third time I have bought from this company. Pricing is competitive. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. Product quality seems to be excellent. I even buy the least expensive version of their covers. First purchase was over a year ago, and they have gone through 100+ degrees in the summer and a -19 degrees this winter! Still look great! They fit perfectly, and one was a VERY custom curved outdoor sofa.
Delivery this time was faster than they said. It arrived 6 days earlier than they told me.

Within 24 hours of submitting my measurements I was contacted to approve the design. Less than 1 week later my custom grill cover arrived. Extremely satisfied with the look and overall experience.
Both spring loaded bungee ties at bottom were broken on arrival. The plastic was broken in half.

They sent the product in extremely sqeezed to save shipping I guess, terrible! In the picture they didn't show any loop on both sides but it came with two ugly handle. Don't know whether they take free returns. Wastage of time, money both!

Bought a cover for a 13 inch spare tire. Got a tiny little cover that is barely 13 inches. Won't cover even a 13" tire let alone one on a rim like a spare tire is. Big rip off. Comes from India not Georgia! Agents to return product are never ever available. You are warned!
The cover is too difficult to put on, is stiff and heavy. I plan on returning it.
Hated the factory design on our new camper. Took a chance with these and they are fantastic! Fit like a glove, good material, inside is vinyl (photo), color is great! I purchased the light grey. I thought it would take forever to get them, but not the case! Received them within a few weeks.
When you open a ticket with an issue/question:
1. You don't get any confirmation via email telling you a ticket has been opened (for tracking).
2. It takes multiple attempts to get a response from them even after waiting several days.
3. I don't see a way on the website to see the tickets you've raised to track the status so you need to open a new one each time to follow-up.
My couch cover was bigger than ordered and very loose but it fits so we're not returning it... However, the hot tub cover was smaller than ordered so we can't use it and I've struggled getting response on the return/refund.
Considering the amount of money they ask for these covers, I expect a much better customer service process.

On product complaints, our turnaround is 48 hours as investigation may be required across multiple teams. We passionately handcraft hundreds of custom covers every day. Admittedly, sometimes we make a mistake and we are firmly committed to making it right. We understand you would expect to "simply return the product due to not being satisfied" however as mentioned in our Terms of Use, this is only possible if we have made an error in fabricating the cover. To validate that we have erred, pictures (or in some cases a video) clearly demonstrating the incorrect measurements are necessary and also mentioned in our Terms of Use. Considering the amount of work and material that go into making each cover, we feel it is fair that the error be pointed out beyond doubt. Our intent is certainly not to make it difficult or inconvenient for you, and we apologize if that is the impression we projected.
Per your last conversation with our Quality team, we have submitted a refund for the Hot Tub Cover. It will be processed by our billing team within 7-10 business days. There is no need to return the cover - you may discard it, however if possible we would want you to use it by making some modifications on your own. We have worked hard to make the order process as transparent as possible. With this goal in mind the product page does display the thickness of the material you choose. For your cover the material chosen is Cover Max which as listed on the website is "1000 Denier, PVC Coated Polyester". PVC means it is made using plastic which is inherently stiffer than fabric. This is designed to offer weather protection. For a fabric feel, we have a different material - Cover Fab.
