When you open a ticket with an issue/question:
1. You don't get any confirmation via email telling you a ticket has been opened (for tracking).
2. It takes multiple attempts to get a response from them even after waiting several days.

My couch cover was bigger than ordered and very loose but it fits so we're not returning it... However, the hot tub cover was smaller than ordered so we can't use it and I've struggled getting response on the return/refund.
Considering the amount of money they ask for these covers, I expect a much better customer service process.

+fabric is more plasticky (weatherproof) than I thought. For some reason I thought it would be more canvasy
+ease of cover removal could be better, wish elastic was looser around bottom
+cover does not go to the ground but is perhaps a few inches raised from the ground

1. Your cover was ordered in the material Cover Tuff (as listed it is PVC Coated Polyester - PVC meaning plastic). We also have Cover Fab which has a fabric feel. Regrettably, at this time we do not have canvas material.
2. The elastic is tight to ensure your cover stays on securely even in strong winds. We apologize if this has inconvenienced you however it will loosen a bit in time.
3. We handcraft each cover by meticulously following the measurements and instructions you provide. Per the final mock up, the cover's height should be 14" from the top seam to the bottom of the cover. If this is not the case, could you please send us a picture showing the wrong size with a tape measure? We will gladly replace the cover if we have erred in fabricating it. I had bought a cover from them for a table which was too large because I did the measurements so I own that mistake. For this one, they had a version already created for my grill system which I was excited for as I wouldn't be on the hook for measurements. Material is great. Production / shipping took a while but that's fine as it is custom made. Disappointment is that it is too large. I get that it can't be 100% tight but it is way too big by several inches in almost every direction which makes it look shabby. Really unfortunate.

We are sorry to learn that your grill cover does not fit as expected. We offer custom handmade covers in almost any shape and size, including those for popular brands and models. However, even specific models may show variation by the manufacturer from time to time. Hence, each order still needs to be placed with the exact measurements of the equipment you own. The default measurements on the product page are only to act as a guide and to indicate each dimension in the adjoining diagram. We also encourage customers to upload reference pictures of the equipment - this ensures the cover is designed keeping your requirements in mind and also increases the possibility of us noticing any discrepancies in the measurements.

The draw strings are sewn onto the fabric so they won't pull tight. I will have to modify the cover so it will stay on.

The cover arrived earlier than scheduled. It fit the speaker perfectly. The quality of the plastic cover appears very good and the drawstrings at the bottom were much better than I was expecting. This was my first purchase from them and I was very impressed. Their price was reasonable and I will continue to purchase from them in the future.
We had a great experience ordering a cover for our outdoor sectional from Covers & All. It fit perfectly and the team that designed it was very comprehensive in making sure that all measurements were correct! I will definitely purchase from them again in the future!
The tarp material is a better quality than we expected. We added the option of the webbing binding around the edge. It is very durable, and the grommets appear to be very strong. The size is right, and the overall appearance is very good. If we need another custom tarp in the future, we will be ordering it from Covers & All.
Ordering was easy. I like how they contacted me to verify details of my order. The cover fits perfect and appears to be of good quality.
Delivery was on time. The cover was put to the test the very first night with high winds and rain.

Covers arrived on time and appear to be very well made. My couch and chairs have metal and wood corners so it is very hard to put the covers on because they just fit. Not a problem if yours have soft or rounded corners, but I would recommend an extra inch or two beyond the one they add on for anything with hard edges.

We package each product as securely as possible. Due to the nature of the product, creasing is unavoidable, and because each order is custom made there are no standardized folds. Nevertheless, your feedback is important to us and we have shared your comments with our packaging team for review.
Please accept our apologies if our support did not meet your expectations. Our records indicate that a request for a picture showning the extent of the creases was turned down twice. This is a standard and reasonable request in case of a product complaint.
The creases on your cover will subside eventually; leaving it out in the sun for a while helps. You can also try using a hot air blower over the creases to flatten them out (this will work to varying degrees). Additionally, for your satisfaction our Quality team has offered $20 (about 40% of the product cost) as instore credit. Please write back to us if this seems like a fair resolution.
