As we talked, I realized that I had misunderstood one of the measuring instructions. When I told Oscar, he immediately made the appropriate changes to be sure I would receive the product that I wanted. This was unusual in my experience! I wa pleasantly surprised! I ordered three pieces of custom sized outdoor furniture covers. They fit perfectly and are of such great quality. I couldn't believe how quickly they arrived, especially considering, according to the tracking, that they went from China, to India, to Japan and then to Memphis, TN, before making its way to Washington, DC. Again, my order was perfect with all of my customizations included.
I built a custom grilling area for my wife to have for her Big Green Egg. The cover arrived yesterday and we put it on. It is absolutely amazing. Love it. I have never used Covers and All before, but I will definitely use them again and let all my friends k ow who made it. Thank you very much.

Covers very well made but didn't appear to be correct color. Emailed company twice with concern but did not get a response
I have/had two orders so far with Covers & All. Both my orders are for Cushion Covers. I made mistakes on both orders. But Customer service took care of everything and my first order came to me perfect! My second order I am still waiting on but expect nothing less than the first. Both orders I had to reach out do to my errors in ordering (not paying attention). CS made everything so easy and seamless whenever I need covers of any kind Covers and All is where I shop! Did I mention how inexpensive the fabrics are and how well made the covers are!
I have not cut the foam to size yet for my covers but they appear to be made well. They will be used inside on dining table benches and the material should be easy to clean after messy kids!
