Difficult to get someone from customer service to call you back. Someone from India called me back yet he didn't know anything about the product and couldn't answer any questions. Wasn't until this Indian person asked someone from the US office to call me back did my questions get answered. Also, website was difficult to interface. The product came, much to my surprise with a "plasticky" fabric. I was expecting a canvas surface yet this is like plastic/rubber.
I sent in measurements, I was asked for a couple more, it arrived sooner than expected and fits like a glove. Looks great!

I wish you had contacted me to tell me that the blue ink i chose would not be visible against the grey fabric. I can barely see it and i'm only 34, it's not like my eyesight is going bad. I love the item, the grey color and the quality, i just wish i could see the name on it.
Extremely well made products that will perform as advertised. Only issue was they checked measurements with me before manufacture which was great since I had a couple wrong, but the customer service person was terrible because he clearly didn't understand the English language well enough to communicate numbers. We struggled through it but it was frustrating.
We ordered a custom cover for our firepit and this cover is beautiful, excellent quality and fits perfectly. The fabric is a lovely gray with a textured look and the lining is heavy, protective and waterproof. The drawstring at the bottom enables us to cinch the cover tightly so it won't blow off. So far we are very happy with this cover and impressed with the quality.

4 out of 5 covers that I bought were perfectly designed and fit well. The 5th was not. The angles of a curved couch were too extreme. This seems like a simple fix, but it very clearly is not since after 6 conversations with the customer service staff, there is still no resolution. I have requested to return the item and they refuse to provide an address to return the cover. I have requested a refund, which they have denied. They continue to ask for pictures, which I have already sent 7 to their "feedback" team. I would avoid this company at all costs.
