I paid for it to get shipped by a certain date with expedited shipping - it did NOT make it on time, even after reaching out 3 times during the process to ensure that they were on time. It was still late - then to top it off they originally refused to refund my expedited shipping costs that i paid since it was late, and i had to make a big deal and have it pushed up the chain to managers/supervisors.

My wife took the measurements and ordered the cover. They even asked us to double check, just to make sure the measurements were correct. We had ordered a cover previously and moved the outdoor furniture to a new location which meant a new layout. The new cover fits perfect and matches the previous covers still.
Cover does not fit circumference of daybed. Clips not put in correct location. So far they have stopped responding to our emails and have not offered to remake the cover. Their site says give exact dimensions and they will add the additional inches to make the cover work. We did not find this to be true. We also provided the make and model of the daybed.

It was easy to order. They were a little later then the quoted delivery date but were very helpful when I inquired about it. The dimensions for the top cushions are a bit bigger than I requested but I would rather have that than to small.

I ordered loveseat and chair covers. I assumed the covers would be made of the same material and was surprised when they were delivered and were quite different.
I would have preferred them to match but they do the job and protect my furniture. They are made well and fit perfectly.

I've ordered outdoor covers to replace 2 seating areas. I even sent an image so you can see how they look. Unfortunately when I received them, the zippers on my top cushions were sewed on the top of it, not bottom. It's ashamed because I waited for them for weeks and now I am really disappointed.
