I was told my cover would arrive on a certain date and even paid extra for express shipping and then when it shipped it has a delivery date of two week later. And, they were not willing to do anything. Not even refund my express shipping charge. Don' trust this company.
Good quality covers that for well. It did take several weeks longer to get them than first started.

The custom cover that protects our treadmill on the screened porch is a perfect fit. Although not the heaviest material available, it is heavier than we expected. Water and pollen resistant, it is the BEST cover. As with our outside generator cover, we are very pleased and recommend COVERS and ALL to everyone!
The service was good, I was just thinking the "sky blue" color would be more blue and not as greyish. It really doesn't match my other cushions now but I'll live with it cuz it's hard to find this kind of service.
We purchased this cover for a cabinet/chest that we moved to our patio and wanted to keep the dust, leaves, and rain off of it. So far, all looks well, especially after a heavy rain last weekend. The cover is quite sturdy - like a boat canvas and that helps to keep the chest protected. Very happy to have it.
I ordered six custom tarps and even though the website said the size may fluctuate 1"-2", I needed them as exact as possible and said so in the comments. They allow a given time, (I think it's 24 hrs,) for adjustments to the order. I came in just at the edge. Arthur, in customer service was working with me when my line cut out. He tried to call me back and left a message. When I called back I wasn't able to connect with him. I thought the time was past and I had lost my chance. Fifteen minutes later Arthur called. Yes, he could make the adjustments. The order was suppused to arrive on the 5th, It arrived on the 3rd! The tarps were excellent quality and exact measurements! I couldn't be more pleased!
