I ordered custom sized covers for 2 outdoor sofas and 4 chairs. They arrived a few days after initially projected. The quality of the fabric seems quite good. We are in a desert climate so it will be interesting to see how they hold up over time. The covers fit perfectly and were easy to put over the furniture and secure.

This would have been fine, but the wrong order was sent to me. I asked for gray and got block. The tarps on not the correct sizes I had, no velcro, chains, etc.

We ordered a cover for an outdoor coffee table. The coffee table is, well, low to the ground and rectangular shaped, as coffee tables usually are. I measured, sent specific dimensions and received a cover. The cover I received is tall and cube shaped. I have repeatedly contacted the company, following their guidelines and submitting all the info showing the incorrect dimensions of the cover, videoing the measuring of it, etc., yet they continue to say I have not submitted enough or the correct measuring of the item, and this is after receiving one email saying they see the problem and a new cover has been ordered for me. Subsequent emails come now saying I need to send more info. I am done with this company and will not order from them again. There are other places out there and from now on I will be using them.

Despite my concerns three sets of email went back and forth to get the order right. What I received were heavy duty BLUE fabric covers all well sewn with sturdy pull handles; comes with pull straps. The strings on the pull straps are not heavy enough and I fear puling them will cause them to break.
So far easy to order; I worry about my custom chimeneas and if your standard shapes will work. Hope you call if there are any questions...

Measurements were taken with adjustments based on photos. The end result was a perfect fit. The material is so much better than the covers provided by the respective equipment manufacturers.
