I ordered custom sized covers for 2 outdoor sofas and 4 chairs. They arrived a few days after initially projected. The quality of the fabric seems quite good. We are in a desert climate so it will be interesting to see how they hold up over time. The covers fit perfectly and were easy to put over the furniture and secure.

This would have been fine, but the wrong order was sent to me. I asked for gray and got block. The tarps on not the correct sizes I had, no velcro, chains, etc.

We ordered a cover for an outdoor coffee table. The coffee table is, well, low to the ground and rectangular shaped, as coffee tables usually are. I measured, sent specific dimensions and received a cover. The cover I received is tall and cube shaped. I have repeatedly contacted the company, following their guidelines and submitting all the info showing the incorrect dimensions of the cover, videoing the measuring of it, etc., yet they continue to say I have not submitted enough or the correct measuring of the item, and this is after receiving one email saying they see the problem and a new cover has been ordered for me. Subsequent emails come now saying I need to send more info. I am done with this company and will not order from them again. There are other places out there and from now on I will be using them.

Sent e-mail RE I'll fitting cover Monday and no reply for 3 days; now Thursday.

Sent e-mail correcting measurement and received reply indicating that measurements were updated yet cover arrived improper size.

Very easy. They showed me exactly what to measure and upload pics. They had a question for me about an additional measurement they wanted from the picture and drew out exactly what they needed on the picture. The end product was great. Custom made and fit perfectly for a good price. TBH I was really amazed by the whole experience. I don't normally write reviews but I don't mind giving props on this one

The team at covers and all were amazing to work with. They helped us measure the dimensions of our curved outdoor couch and sent specific direction. This eliminated guess work. The end result is amazing.

Very easy website to work with. My picnic table is homemade and larger than most. Glad to find a website that made custom sizes. Look forward to seeing how it fits when it arrives.

Despite my concerns three sets of email went back and forth to get the order right. What I received were heavy duty BLUE fabric covers all well sewn with sturdy pull handles; comes with pull straps. The strings on the pull straps are not heavy enough and I fear puling them will cause them to break.

So far I am loving this site. Have been searching for a place to have custom covers for my outside furniture and things. Although the process was somewhat lengthy with back and forth on measurements, I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Measurements were taken with adjustments based on photos. The end result was a perfect fit. The material is so much better than the covers provided by the respective equipment manufacturers.

So easy to order custom fit covers for our outdoor patio furniture and the quality is great. They will protect our furniture investment for years to come.

One of my cushions on our boat was worn and torn. I ordered a cover for just that one and waiting to see how it turned out. Well, I am now going to order for all the cushions in the salon. Very pleased.

The site was very slow to go from page to page and to update information. The custom covers I received are great. Fit well, waterproof and so far, dog paw proof. Communication was great.
