I ordered a custom made vocer in 2019. I thought there was a 7 year warranty, but I must have been mistaken. Cover came apart at the seam, poor craftsmanship perhaps. Contacted customer service and all I was told by Danial Kemp to take it somewhere to get restitched. Hardly a solution and more money out of my pocket for a product I thought was durable. Definitely not a customer service oriented company. You can probably find a better product elsewhere.

We have a large rectangular stone firepit. Overall dimensions approximately 4ft x 8ft. The firepit opening is on one end of the rectangular shape, and the other end is a stone serving surface. This required a custom cover.
The product delivered is exactly as described, and high quality complete with tie downs.

Clean website design that made it easy to design the lawn mower cover.
We ordered the Ripstop cover, which states it is 100% waterproof and it definitely was not. It took along time to have the company honor their warranty of replacement even though I only had the cover for less than a month. They kept trying to push me into buying one of the other more expensive options while I kept pushing for a replacement. It took months of emails, calls and total frustration to get them to honor their word. FYI, the covers are made in India. I sent the exact measurements and they add an 1-2 inches and it was a very snug fit. I finally got the replacement but a neighbor's tree branch fell onto the fireplace which damaged the cover. I decided to order the most expensive cover and added 2" to the measurements. It is quite large now. We had recent rains and I went out to check the cover and was disappointed to see water underneath on the stone. I removed the cover and the entire underneath of the cover was wet. The cover is now sitting in the sun drying out. I am ordering covers from another company for chaise lounge chairs hoping their product is waterproof!

I ordered covers for my patio set 2.5 months ago and I still have not received them. I received no notices or information from the company, other than promotions to buy more items. When I finally called, they said that I owed an additional $30 to my order because they needed to add. 25" of fabric. I have never paid for a product from a store, then been told well after the fact that I still owed more money. What is the worst is not the amount, it is the fact that this company did nothing to reach out to me to let me know that they did not start making my product because they decided to charge me more. Fingers crossed that I get the covers before my patio set is ruined.
I do not trust this company. I should have paid for a real company to make my patio covers.

I ordered a custom tarp to protect our porch and did not order the size correctly so it was too small by a few inches. Fortunately, I had included their protection plan. They graciously replaced the tarp with no issues or excuses and we had a new one within a couple of weeks. I would definitely use Covers and All for any needs I may have in the future.
