Ordered a very small dump truck cover. Easy order process. It came WEEKS earlier than expected. Very high quality. I am so satisfied!
I placed an order for a simple fire pit cover with simple text back in April and paid extra for expedited shipping so it would arrive in time for a surprise bday party on April 16th. I was later informed that the "shipping method" was changed because of quality control. I can appreciate the attention to detail, but the shipment was again delayed at least two other times. It finally arrived a month later. My suspicion is my order got bumped from the production line so you could work on a larger order. I could be wrong, but I never received a satisfactory answer every time I called your customer service line, although I will say the operators were pleasant and professional.
Took a bit to receive and it fits perfect. Didn't realize the emblem would be so large but it works.

There was no filler in my custom-ordered cover and it is NOT easy to find the same size one-piece filler for it. The pictures on your website showed the cover with the filler and there was no obvious explanation that these covers did not come with fillers. There should have been a large obvious note on the website to ensure customers are aware of that fact or better yet custom fillers should also be offered. On the other hand, I'm sure I'm not your first customer that run into this issue; therefore, I doubt you will do anything about this!
Company was great. Online ordering was easy and staff response to my questions was very good, as was their follow up. The covers all arrived within a reasonable amount of time, considering they are shipped from India. I had to speak to staff twice via phone and the rep I dealt with was knowledgeable and very helpful, and did a great follow up. I believe his name was Arthur and he was very polite, as well as helpful.
I ordered covers for my outdoor patio set - including sofa, 2 chairs, and 2 ottomans. I had ordered the ottoman covers separately from the rest, as I wasn't sure I needed them. I had to get a slightly different color blue (because they didn't list the color I got the rest in), but was under the impression that the material was the same. It was not. It's more of a sticky type vinyl. I like the sofa and chair covers much better. Also the elastic that is in the ottoman covers is very tight; and even though I measured correctly, the elastic band and the sticky nature of this particular material makes it extremely difficult to get the covers on. I have to pull and tug, and pull and tug some more. It might not be worth the bother to put them on in the long run. I wouldn't advise the elastic. The clip attachments on the sofa and chair covers are much easier. I feel like I wasted my money on the elastic, as it is almost unusable. That's my only disappointment and the reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
In the end, I definitely recommend this company. I like a company with a responsive staff. The covers are high quality and well made. Other than the elastic, all went smoothly. I would use them again without hesitation.

I made my first purchase about 3 months ago and loved the process and the product. My cover arrived in about a week and was an excellent quality cover. I was so pleased that I placed another order for another cover. The cover took a couple days short of a month to arrive (credit card charge posted on 4-28-21 and Fed Ex delivered on 5-26-21). Your products can be great, and based on my orders, your products are great. It just shouldn't take this long to get them and will turn potentially good future customers like me into customers somewhere else. I hesitate to complain but want to give you helpful feedback to improve.

I ordered my item on April 27th. During that process I was never told how long it would take to get my item nor was I told that it would have to be shipped and go thru customs. Once the order was placed my original email stated May 21st for a reciept date. I feel that was very disruptive on the companies part. It is now May 30th and I still do not have my cover and have no idea when I will receive it. I have had to call the company several times to ask about it. I would not order from them again. Now they are sending me this survey and I dont even have my item.

The material is not what I expected. It more of a vinyl feel vs. fabric. Not a great fit but that could be a measuring issue. Fit is loose.
Quick and easy! We got a pergola cover to use in the spring summer and fall months. Me and my wife put it up it about 3 hrs. Looks very durable. We will take it down over the winter so hopefully we will get some years out of it! My wife love it!
The fabric was not what I was looking for ( it's a mattress for a porch swing) and the embroidered letters are not embroidered they are painted on
These covers are exactly as advertised! The covers are sized perfectly to the measurements submitted, and the color is a nice dark navy. They are great quality with solid material and zippers. Material is slightly shiny/reflective due to the waterproof nature of the material.
