They contacted me to verify the thickness of the table as that would affect the cut of the cover. It took a bit of time (about 4 weeks) but the cover i received fits very tight, should be no problem if it gets windy. I would order again if i need to cover another item.

The cover for my coffee table is perfect! However the custom cover does not actually fit :( Despite several emails back and forth the width of the cover was made for the benches and does not include width for the armrests. I am really hoping the cover does not rip early or leave marks on the wooden furniture. I am overall pleased with the quality of the cover but ultimately disappointed that (especially for the cost) it does not fit.
Order process was easy. The cover was made two feet in length too long. I checked my measurements and they were correct. Connected the service department and sent pictures of the issue did not receive a response.

The 2 nd was supposed to be a single one piece cover just to protect the front console from the weather, however the cover came the right size but it had a front and back 10 inch opening as if to cover 4 sides of something. Fit my grill perfect! It took a little longer to receive than I expected however.
From start to finish my order was efficiently prepared. From making sure the measurements were correct to keeping me informed of the progress. They do not hesitate to ask questions so that your order is exactly what you want.
It would be nice to have immediate online help. I had questions that took me a few days to get answers. Also, the problem was on my end in measuring. It is very difficult to measure pillows and cushions because of rounded edges and the middles puff out. Consequently, I had to JAM and CRAM a couple cushions into the new covers and other cushion covers were too loose. I was very impressed with the strong seams and zipper though. Also. The covers had a shinny look to them that I wasn't real happy with but material looked to be great quality.

Provided measurements for the grill. The company did request more details. The cover that was sent is very thick and strong. The overall size of the cover tends to be a bit big - they probably allow some fudge factor to the measurements to make sure it is not too small.
