Extremely user friendly product development, received what I ordered without difficulty.

The product is great. It was everything I was expecting. The cover is durable, clean, affordable.

Ordering was pretty easy, the product arrived in a timely manner and the quality is excellent at a good price. The covers were easy to put on and fit perfectly. I definitely recommend Covers & All.

Customer service was great answering questions, and the product is wonderful.

Superior design to help figure out the measurements. We recently had a really bad storm and our cover stayed put! No water got in all stayed dry and in place!

Placing the order was no issue. I was given a delivery date not long after completing the purchase. The delivery date came and went and nothing. I called and after waiting for a CSR the agent told me I would have my shipping refunded because of the delay. I finally received my package a week after it was supposed to and no refund was ever processed.

I just received my cushion covers yesterday they look to be very well made. Unfortunately they were bundled up in plastic and shipped in an envelope so they are very wrinkled. A box for shipping would have been better, but there may be a box shortage due to COVID.

Exact fit! Great weather proof material, great navy color! Will use Covers & All again.

I tried to place the order on my phone and it would not allow me to choose a color. I called customer service only to be told I could not place an order with them. I had to delay the order until I could get to a computer. Troublesome.

Also, the item arrived. I ordered it according to specifications for a specific Weber Grill, which you had listed in your specification sheet. It is grossly too big for the grill. I even checked the measurements. It is so big, that the grill cannot be moved as it rolls over the hanging cover because it is so long. It is way too long on all dimensions.

I stumbled upon this site after searching for reasonably priced outdoor cushion replacements, and thought it must be too good to be true. So I ordered two custom covers just to test the material and WOW - I was blown away by the quality, craftsmanship, and fit. They're honestly even better than the original covers on my outdoor couch, and I can't wait to receive the rest of them. The site was super easy to use, customer service was friendly, and they came nicely packaged and ready to go. I'll definitely be recommending Covers & All to friends!

Easy sizing, fair pricing, great communications! Very good experience overall.

Found the sizing to be poor. The width was 4 inches too long, same for the height. The depth was correct.

I dint realize the cover was custom made in India, but it was worth the wait. Correct size, quality materials, and looks good.

Easy to navigate, just hoping the product is as advertised.
Just arrived and the workmanship looks excellent!
My only complaint is that it took so long to receive it. Maybe I missed it in the website, but I had no idea where it was coming from! Also, there was little communication about shipping.

Website had excellent instructions for measuring and ordering. Covers were made and shipped quickly. Received and they fit as ordered. Seem to be good quality. Overall I'm satisfied.

The covers only have two short drawstrings on two opposing corners of the four total corners on each cover. The drawstrings are only 10" long into each of the two corners.
There NO WAY to cinch these enough to have them lock onto the skylights. Also the plastic cinch locks DO NOT have enough bite to secure them - they just slide back open with the slightest pressure. All five covers immediately blew off the skylights and into yard and the driveway within minutes of the attempted install. It was just a mild gust of wind.
Poorly engineered & poorly made.
I am asking Coversandall.com for a full and complete refund!

When I FINALLY received my cover, it fit pretty well and I am satisified with the product. But my shopping experience was horrible. The website would not process my order, the CSR on the phone provided incorrect guidance, and I ended up getting charged three times on my credit card. Then they placed my order on hold due to lack of payment! After numerous calls and emails, and after working with my credit card company to reverse 2 of the 3 charges, the order proceeded. This was the only company I could find who could make the product I needed... otherwise I would have run away from them and never used them.
