Slower shipping than was initially told - but tolerable. The fabric was slightly thinner than anticipated. Other than will see how long it resists the sun.
The cover does not fit. I sent photos of the cover on the grill that show the product was cut too small in more than one place. I was then told that I needed to hold a tape measure on cover on the grill and take specific photos, which I cannot hold tape measure and take photo showing entire measure by myself. It's obvious by the photos that the cover was cut too small. They refuse to supply return label and refuse to refund. They also did not honor the free shipping promo advertised when I ordered. Awful product. Dishonest company. STAY AWAY!
I ordered two custom fitted covers for cushions for our dog bed. Our three dogs love them, and so do we! Very well constructed of durable fabric—just exactly what we needed.
A bed sheet would be more custom and easier. The material is so heavy like handling a pool liner, need two people. Rubberized material look very tear prone as you pull it over. Size was off by a football field

The bench cushion covers I ordered were made very well! My only complaint is that because of the way they were packaged and shipped, the cushion covers are so wrinkled, it looks bad. I tried spraying them wrinkle spray and smoothing them out but it didn't make any difference.

I was very impressed at how simple it was to make a custom cover for a deck sectional couch; the experience was very smooth and the cost was transparent through the full process. We are also very happy with the product we received — within the first day, we had a torrential downpour, and the high-quality material stood up to the rain and wind, keeping our new couch dry.

I ordered ~$300 for old cushions to cover for my restaurant which has been closed for over a year now trying to reopen after covid. This company has the worst website description for their materials what was stated to be an outdoor fabric "and even said on my invoice that it was a seat cover" ended up getting 7 vinyl DUFFLE BAGS with a DRAWSTRING! I told them this is a duffle bag not a seat cover how is anyone even to use this as a seat cover no less the fact it was made of heavy vinyl. Then they proceed to tell me that they do not take returns or give refunds because "they have not use for this" - Instead they offered $15 off if I wanted to reorder them (and be charged for shipping again too) DO NOT BUY from this company beware. The website is confusing and very misleading as to what you will actually get - fabrics are not clear on what they are and they have horrible customer service. Will never purchase from them again!
