I started a search for a sun shade and thought that is what I was looking at. But instead I got a plastic tarp. When I placed the order I did not notice that the fabric choice had been changed, so now I have an expensive tarp I don't want or need.

We are sorry to learn that your Custom Pergola Cover did not turn out as expected. However, we have worked hard to make the order process as transparent as possible. The product page lists the specifications of each fabric prominently. On your order the selected material is Tarp Max - 1000 Denier, PVC Coated Polyester. PVC is plastic.
It is not possible for the fabric choice to 'change' automatically. Nevertheless, your order confirmation email also lists all your selections. In case you have inadvertently made the wrong choice, you can contact us immediately and we'll be happy to amend your order (as long as production has not commenced).

Hello Brian. We are sorry to learn that your custom fence screen did not turn out as imagined. From your chat and email conversations with our support team, we understand that you do not like the quality & color of the fabric.
Unfortunately, 'quality' is a vague term that cannot be measured. We have worked hard to make the order process as transparent as possible. With this goal in mind the product page does list the details of each material. For your cover the material chosen is Tarp Max which as described on the website is "1000 Denier, PVC Coated Polyester". A thumbnail is provided for each available color.

As mentioned in our Terms of Use, we are unable to accept returns in the absence of any error from our side. The product is custom cut to the size you order and we have no use for it. We certainly empathize with your situation; regrettably, we are unable to assist you as the product has been fabricated as ordered.

Your order was placed on 2 May with Standard Ground shipping for delivery by 20 May. It was dispatched on 16 May and with a typical transit time of 2-3 days it should have reached you by the promised date.
Regrettably, despite using global shipping leaders DHL / FedEx / UPS, transit delay is outside our area of control. From the tracking page it appears your package is delayed or misplaced in transit. We are escalating this to our account manager at FedEx. Kindly allow up to 2 business days for us to contact you with a final resolution. Please be assured that if the package is declared lost, we will gladly issue a replacement or a full refund per your preference.
My custom chair covers fit perfectly and arrived much sooner than I expected.

We received our custom grill cover AHEAD of the expected date and we appreciated the quick turnaround. The most important parts of the custom cover fit very well. The very bottom didn't reach the knobs but that was probably a result of my measuring skills. Furthermore, it's not crucial that the bottom knobs get covered.

I would give the product a 4+ I had ordered some sizes that were very close and I thought they would be marked, but they were not. No biggie just had to do a little trial and error. The only negative thing is I ordered replacement covers for patio furniture ( squirrels tore other fabric but cushions still good) was that the seat cushions were hard to get in the cover as they had expanded a bit from the weight of people sitting on them... all others were great. All in all and pretty positive experience,
