I had a pleasant experience! Thank you I love my swing cover. It fits perfect and its easy to put on and off! I love the color and material! We are very pleased with it! I'm sure it will keep our swing looking good for years to come!
I thought by giving exact measurements that the cover would be made a bit larger for wiggle room. Well I struggled but got the cover over the cushions. The idea was to have a cover so that I could leave the cushions on and cover them up when expecting rain. Tight fit but it works.
I loved the "approval" process. The Customer Service Rep seemed to understand my request and in the end, came through with a remarkable product. The only issue is, upon receipt of the cover I noticed the pockets were sown upside down. It's truly NOT an issue for me, as I didn't intend to use those pockets. But, for that reason I am giving the approval rate that I am. Otherwise, I would certainly recommend your products and return if needed again in the future. Thank you!

The upside down 'pockets' are actually air vents that facilitate ventilation and prevent mold from growing. They are inverted so that they do not collect water.

It was easy to place the order and I think I received the item before the expected delivery date (bonus!) I am pleased with my custom made cover and I would purchase from them again. I may be making another purchase from them in the near future.

Good, easy to measure. Not what I ordered. I received a different fabrics on each thing I ordered. I spent $266.64 and didn't get what I wanted. I want the loveseat the same fabric as the chairs (cover rite and the color Beige). I received Cover Max and the color beige. I called 800-260- 2829 and told him the problem. He said to take pictures of the cover Take pictures of the label in the cover, take pictures of my order. Send a letter to Feedbackcoversandall.com explaining what happened. Richard, we are sorry to note your disappointment. Please be advised that we employ a different selection of fabrics for our loveseat covers in contrast to the chair covers. The beige option on the page for the Loveseat covers is only available in the Cover Max material and that is the same selection that was submitted for the order COV1015832547. Thus the products were fabricated as ordered. Had we had a note on the order apprising us of this need, we could have advised beforehand and averted this unnecessary disappointment.
As a remake of the Loveseat cover would not be possible in the Cover Rite fabric, we can only offer a 40% reimbursement of the total paid for the loveseat cover while keeping your inconvenience and interests in purview.

They were made very quickly. Shipping was a bit slow. Would be willing to pay for a faster expedited service.
Material and workmanship were spot on. Dimensions were accurate, however the drawstring I ordered did not go all the way around the bottom thus I could not close completely

We are sorry to learn that you are experiencing difficulty in tightening the cover. The tie down selected for your cover is 'Drawstring'. Per our default design, the drawstring is not provided along the entire perimeter of the cover but at a few spots along it. However, this does not affect its functionality and you should be able to pull the drawstring taut to secure the cover.

Happy to find a company that makes custom covers in the US. Entering dimensions was easy as was the ordering process. There were several follow-up e-mails to verify and confirm the dimensions I entered as well as the item I was covering to ensure the cover was made correctly.

After placing my order I got a delivery date of almost 4 weeks later. It wasn't until I got the tracking order after my cover shipped 3 days later that I discovered it was shipping from India. Not being in a hurry I just hoped my cover would come as described. Well, one week later my cover arrived two weeks early and was exactly as ordered and the quality was beyond what I had imagined! I got the thickest material, Cover Tuff, and it is very heavy weight.
Very happy with the end result. Spoke with multiple people as to various questions I had regarding measurements. Always very prompt and patient with responses.
They fit perfectly. Repel the rain so it doesn't soak the cushions on the three season porch.
Exactly what I was looking for.
The cushion covers that we ordered last year upgraded our whole patio area. This year we bought two Adirondack chairs which required covers. They were made to my specifications and of the same fabric as last year's covers. They are very thorough and make absolutely certain that they understand the measurements that I give them before they begin and then they are quickly made and sent. The covers are easy to put on and take off with great tiedowns that will combat the winds that we get. I couldn't be happier!
