This is the 3rd time we've ordered from Covers& All. Products are great quality. Sizing is perfect. 1st order was for a firepit cover. Chose option for elastic at bottom. Slightly difficult to put on cover. Wish I knew it wasn't necessary. Next 2 orders were placed with no type of tie downs. Also, would appreciate to see dimensions requested (in cart)before placing order.

Shade Sails

Ordered custom Shade Sails. All specific ordered measurements on the sails received are wrong. Shade sails are too large and will not fit. As requested, I submitted pictures then videos of tape measure measurements of the sails along with requested pictures of the tags they installed. I find that funny - send us a picture of the tag we installed.
Well it's been 5 days, no resolution. Very slow to respond to emails.
I was hesitant to give a poor review because the sails seem to be good quality - just the wrong measurements. It would seem companies are less and less concerned with customer satisfaction. Communication is a big part at least try to resolve my issue.
These surveys IMO should be a tool for the company to improve their product. However, these are now more for the end user.
I hope My feedback has swayed any potential buyers from using this company for custom services.

Terrible!

We ordered 2 covers for 18" tables & 1 for 28" table, none of them fit. They would not even stretch to fit. We called, we have emailed and sent pics, we haven't gotten any response yet. I am going to call my credit cards tomorrow & have them take the payments back.

We passionately handcraft hundreds of custom covers each day by meticulously following the measurements and instructions you provide. Admittedly, sometimes we make a mistake. However, we are firmly committed to making it right when given the opportunity and once the error is established.

We first received your complaint via a phone call on 13 July, and the requested email was received on 15 July. Our Quality team responded to your email within 4 hours - for your reference we are forwarding you a copy of the response.

With product complaints, a picture clearly showing the problem is required. This is a standard and reasonable request and is mentioned in our Terms of Use as necessary. Regrettably, the pictures you have sent us simply show the covers without any measurements. Our Quality team has requested additional pictures showing the incorrect size. Kindly write back with the necessary information so that we can try to offer you a speedy resolution.

This company is no good. I ordered cover tuff which is top quality and they send me low quality for 115 dollars pluse isend pictures and explain every size of cover i needed and they sent one with no cut outs for lines. I called and they said they were sorry they would correct it. Well they sent me an email wanting to sent me the low quality type i said no i paid for top quality. So they want to charge me another 115 dollars. So please out there dont buy from this company. They dont understand english. And they dont take proper notes as you explain to them.

Edward, we've reviewed your case information, and our record shows that the original order was in the Cover Max fabric in black colour which you'd hoped to convert to gray in the highest grade ( i. E the Cover Tuff). Sadly, this request wasn't rightly understood by our support staff at the early stages of the order, hence, while the color was changed to gray, the material remained the same. As the material change never happened on the order, it was not updated in our records. Thus, you were not charged for the highest end of the fabric or the Cover Tuff material. Hence, our complaints team recently amended the order details and requested additional payment for upgrading to the Cover Tuff material.
We request you to have it cleared soon so that we can have the correct replacement shipped out without much ado. Regards

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I got a custom made cover for our u-shape outdoor couch. We live on a lake and it gets very windy. We needed a cover to cover couch so cushions & pillows won't blow into water. The cover is fabulous and has not blown away in our high winds on the lake. It will also be great to protect the couch in the winter. Covers and All website is very easy to use. I input my measurements and it gives you all the choices of fabric, grommets etc. I got waterproof, very thick material, grommets, elastic, clips. I highly recommend them if you need a high quality furniture cover. You will not be disappointed.

Though we appreciate that you might have submitted the measurements for this order as outlined in the "How to Measure" guide, there is always a possibility of having missed an important detail when submitting the order as the website form only requests for certain measurements while depending on the scenario additional details might be critical in fabricating the right cover. Hence, as a best practice, we suggest our customer s to submit any product or article specific images and annotate any additional details or requests in the notes so that our team can ensure that we fabricate the right cover.
Observably, images were not submitted with this order and this could have possibly effected the outcome. Hence, we advise you to submit a ticket via your online account or drop in an email to our complaints team at [email protected] along with a picture of the taffeta label that is sewn on the inside seam of the cover, a few pictures of your article, and a short video that helps our team understand the issue in its entirety. Didn't fit

I ordered a cover for a Blackstone Griddle. I received the email that confirmed the measurements. When I received the cover it didn't fit. I could not pull the cover over the griddle without tearing the cheat material. I bought a cover from "Cover Mates" for a grill and the material is ideal and it fit. If I could find them I would order another one from them.

Custom grill table

I ordered a custom cover for my husband's green egg table and it looks great. There were some measurements that didn't add up on my order and Covers & All contacted me to double check them.
The entire experience was great. This is the 3rd item I have ordered, all have been made to order and correct.

The measurements were submitted over and over. Questions answered so that the size is perfect. However, it is way too big. It is laying on the ground and it looks like it was definitely not a custom fit.

Note that as mentioned on the product page, "We add 1" to 2" leeway on the given width/depth, for an easy pull-in, pull-out."
