Great regarding help with measurements. Just wish you offered lighter fabric for the hot Arizona desert climate. All of our furniture are under covered patios so this one really thick heavy cover is overkill. Great job though. Just a pain to take on and off everyday.

I have a beautiful tile mosaic patio and I live in Canada. I've been looking for a waterproof cover to protect it from the elements. When I found Covers and All I was thrilled to finally find waterproof material that I could custom order. I quickly ordered a round cover with the 5 year guarantee made with a waterproof material and received it as ordered. After the first rain storm it became clearly evident it was not waterproof-see attached pictures. The company was willing to send air pillows to elevate the middle of the cover - I paid for waterproof material not for air pillows. With the temperatures in Canada, any water would quickly destroy this patio table. I've requested a refund but have not had a reply from Covers and All.

As explained by our Quality team, we use 100% waterproof fabric and for the most part our covers are indeed fully waterproof. However since the covers are custom fabricated to your design and specifications, there may be some seams on the cover which might let water through. This can also happen if water accumulates on the cover, which is why we offered to ship you air bags (for free).

Note that we also offer faster turnaround options - Express & Priority - you can choose the desired option based on the delivery date and cost displayed next to each. We also offer Free Shipping on orders over $99.
The delivery date for each shipping method is a complex calculation based on several factors, primarily your cart items, our current production queues, and the transit time returned by our shipping partners' servers. Easy to measure and order. Website was easy to use
I ordered a large shade for approx $600. Color on site is off white/Grey ish looking. The shade arrived and it is mustard yellow. I called to return and they said they don't take returns! And don't guarantee color. This is unheard of for online ordering., Horrible quality control and customer service.

Regrettably, colors are notorious for looking different on a digital screen based on the brightness and other display settings. Thus, minor variation is possible. As mentioned in our Terms of Use, if an exact color is needed we recommend ordering a sample first.
Our Quality team investigated your complaint independently and also escalated it to a product expert for a second opinion. Based on the picture you shared with us we are unable to see a significant difference in the color.
Since each product is custom made to the size ordered, we are unable to accept returns in the absence of any manufacturing error. While we empathize with your situation, we regret being unable to offer a refund or replacement since the product is as advertised.
