The process was very easy to order a custom tv cover. There were easy instructions on how to provide measurements. I liked having the option for different colours which other companies were not offering

Unfortunately, the tie downs (drawstrings) were made just on the two corners (on diagonal) - not on all four corners (and when I placed my order there was No signs - No Specifications that it would be just for two corners)...

Very simple to input dimensions and very affordable considering the wide variety of options available. The cover arrived in a reasonable time considering it is custom made. Will use covers and all in the future for similar needs.
Only issue was that I somehow ordered beige instead of navy blue. Whilst that is obviously user error, I thought I was being quite meticulous with the details of the order and feel like perhaps the order summary could have been clearer to mitigate such issues. However I take full responsibility and am still quite happy with the final product.
