Initial delivery of a bench seat cover was all wrong and not what was ordered. It has then taken the best part of a month going back and forth with the company who initially denied the order was incorrect. Eventually reordered the same item with the original dimensions and the order came back correctly after going through a nightmare to getting it all sorted out. Should have been a whole lot easier than it was.

I was really impressed that once I had submitted my order with a photo of the mattress I was wanting to cover, I was contacted to say that from the photo, it looked like I'd ordered the wrong edging, and I had! The zipper to the umbrella cover broke straight away and the zip buckle appears to have opened up to the point where it will not even zip when reattached because of the gap.

We ordered a table setting cover and outdoor bbq kitchen cover. Both covers fit perfectly. The team was excellent to deal with and made sure all our measurements were correct before they made the covers. In particular the bbq outdoor kitchen cover, which required specific measurements to get it right. The material used was very good quality and workmanship was of a high standard
